I aim to create a safe space that feels like a labaratory. Where I encourage dancers to explore, experiment, research. Zooming in, zooming out. Diving into processes of their own and as a group. Similiar to gardening, I propose ideas as when planting seeds. Creating a nurturing environment in order to grow and flourish. I do not focus on the outcome nor product, but rather on the process and the quality of developments. The starting point I work with is the inner- and self-experience.  Most often it starts by listening and moving from the sensing body. Inviting movement from awareness and intuition. I use technique and bring my toolbox as a language to start from. From there on we explore how movement is being moved. And then, with trust we can start to play with the performativity that arises.
